It's time to take a break and get fit. Click here for an enjoyable 10 minute office break.







This summer YES project will include a 10 minute 'dance it off' exercise sessions to stimulate creative juices. Starting on June 16th - August 6th Join us on Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30-11:45 for a lunch break networking exercise session and just take dance it off.
